Massanutten Animal Clinic is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our amazing team! We are a full service small animal practice that has been serving the Harrisonburg area for over fifty years. Our three doctor practice is looking for an outstanding individual who is a team player, understands the importance of quality pet care. The position is Monday- Friday with alternating Saturdays.

Our hospital offers digital radiography, diagnostic ultrasound, Idexx in-house laboratory equipment, digital dental radiography.

LVT is responsible for monitoring anesthesia, assisting with surgery, dentistry, laboratory testing, patient nursing, and client education. They are routinely entrusted with patient assessments, anesthesia, procedures, and treatments. The Licensed Veterinary Technician must be a detail oriented person who can make good decisions, respond quickly and calmly to crises, and maintain high standards of patient care. Licensed Veterinary Technicians need to communicate clearly with the doctor’s, other hospital personnel, and clients to ensure that patients receive the care that they need.
