Shiloh Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced technician to join our close-knit team. We are a fast paced, 4 doctor small animal/exotic hospital that practices progressive, compassionate medicine and surgery.

Great communication skills and a great work ethic are a must. You will get to enjoy our clients on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who can multitask yet remain professional and courteous while handling many interruptions. The ideal candidate will create a wonderful first and last impression. We are very busy, but expect all of our team live out our mission statement and treat our clients as we would treat our families and treat our clients’ pets as though they were our own.

Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to: having a working knowledge of restraint, medications, diseases, client education, clinical laboratory diagnostics and have the ability to calculate drugs, anesthetize, intubate, monitor and recover patients undergoing surgical procedures. We function as one big team so candidate must also be willing to perform reception duties and help in our boarding facility when needed.

We are AAHA accredited; offer diagnostic ultrasound, endoscopy and laparoscopy, in-house laboratory, advanced orthopedic and dental surgery as well as lifetime care. No emergency hours and a rotating Saturday schedule.
