Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist needed to join our award-winning, AAHA accredited animal hospital. Excellent customer service skills are a must. We need an outgoing person to assist 5 phone lines, schedule appointments, build client relationships and promote our clinic services. Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Invoicing Clients
• Communicating with doctor and technical staff
• End of day processing
• Pet food ordering
• Accounts Receivable
• Checking in boarding guests
• Maintaining a clean & healthy environment in the reception area
