Under the management of the Director of International Accounting and as a member of the Finance/Accounting Team, the Senior Accountant is primarily responsible for ensuring that financial data from our international subsidiaries is aggregated, analyzed, and accurately reported.

Key Job Responsibilities:

The position’s primary functions include:

  • Working with our international subsidiaries to prepare financial reports, pulling from various sources of data
  • Perform financial analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking on international operations and acquisitions
  • Assist with consolidating international subsidiaries’ financial information into NVA’s financial statements
  • Help drive process improvements, including creation of standard reports, tools, and dashboards
  • Exciting and interesting ad hoc assignments projects, as needed

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must possess basic accounting and analytic skills, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex financial information
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, Business related discipline is preferred
  • CPA or MBA a plus
