We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at our Gossops Green practice.
The successful candidate will be a driven, dynamic, ambitious individual with exceptional communication skills.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of UK (or UK equivalent) small animal experience who practices to a very high standard using an evidence based approach. There are partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
This role covers 39 hours a week, spread across 4 working days per week, providing great work-life balance. The shift pattern includes 1:3 Saturdays/Sundays.
Salary & Benefits:
A very competitive package of up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance
£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum or pro rata and in-house CPD training
5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays
VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid

Skills and Experience
You must be a registered Veterinary Surgeon with the RCVS.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ UK (or UK equivalent) veterinary experience.
Medivet Gossops Green is made up of a friendly and welcoming team. The practice is equipped with an ultrasound machine and digital x-ray and offers many services to its patients.
It is a short drive from the A23 and Crawley high street which has lots of shops and places to eat, Ifield train station is only a 10-minute walk.
