Job Description

Busy veterinary emergency hospital is seeking a full-time Kennel Assistant to join our team. This is an important role in keeping the hospital sanitized. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Cleaning Floors/baseboards/rugs
• Laundry
• Cleaning/detailing exam rooms
• Sterilizing surgery suite
• Detail kennels
• Detail other areas such as pharmacy, lab, radiology, employee lounge, lobby bathroom and offices
The right candidate must be conscientious, detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible, with excellent organizational skills, along with the willingness to pitch in. This position requires the ability to frequently bend, stand, stoop, walk, stand on small ladders and lift up to 45 pounds. This is a full-time position so flexibility with days/hours is a must.
