Internal Medicine Veterinary Surgeon (Board Specialist)

Job Description

The Role

We are looking for board specialist in internal medicine. Your working days will consist of varying work within your field of expertise. We offer a full-time permanent position, but part-time employment can be discussed. Out of hours availability is included in our service to the client and is a bonus but not a requirement for the position.

About Us

We are one of Sweden's largest small animal hospitals with high competence in areas such as surgery, orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, emergency and critical care and dentistry. Our team of more than 90 veterinarians and more than 80 veterinary nurses pride ourselves on how well we work together as a team and strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of care. We receive first opinion cases as well as emergencies and referrals to our modern and well-equipped premises in Stockholm, just 20 minutes from the city centre, and 45 minutes from Arlanda airport.

Applicant Requirements

You must work well within a small and large team and thrive in a busy atmosphere. Team and client communication are a priority skill requirement. We value joy and positive energy and therefore hope that you, like us, will thrive in and contribute to that atmosphere. Of course, you love animals as much as we do and identify yourself with our core values; commitment, joy, respect, competence, and innovation.

As a BAME and LGBT+ inclusive employer, we are keen to hear from candidates from all minority and diverse groups. As a Disability Confident Employer we are keen to hear from candidates with disabilities and long term health conditions, and would be happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments needed during the recruitment process.
