The Role

We looking to welcome another Veterinary Nurse into our team ona full-time basis. This role is 37.5 hours per week based around an 8 hour, 4.5 day week including 1 in 4/5 Saturdays (08.00-16:00), 1 late 12- 8pm shift. There are no OOH shifts required and no reception duties. We are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and offer varied duties including ward and theatre nursing, laboratory work, and nurse consults.

About Us

Blackness Vets in Dundee has been operating successfully for over 40 years. We are a city centre practice, with plenty of parking for our clients. The practice has 2 theatres, dentistry suite, x-ray suite, and a large prep room. We have up to date equipment and a nice new spacious building to work from.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm for their job, with a caring and passionate personality, someone with the motivation to improve and progress the experience for the client and patient through the services that we can offer. Candidate must be RCVS registered with solid experience within veterinary practice. Experience of inpatient care, good team working skills and theability to organise and prioritiseare required.
