At PET, we encourage our staff to progress clinically and professionally through continual education and training while working with our exceptional veterinarians. As the Educational Coordinator you will have to opportunity to greatly impact the careers of our clinical staff as well as the care of our patients. The Educational Coordinator will lead our current technician team and help to train and mold all new employees. They will develop and implement training systems to assist current veterinary technology students throughout their online programs, manage continuing education for credentialed staff, and mentor all support staff in regard to career advancement. Qualifications: Certified Veterinary Technician in Alaska (or eligible) with supervisory experience and a minimum three-years of emergency veterinary experience (VTS in Emergency and Critical Care preferred, but not required). The ability to function in a fast-paced environment with compassion, efficiency, and flexibility is key to success in this role.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Benefit package includes medical, dental, Health care spending or reimbursement accounts, employee discounts, and PTO. Potential for relocation allowance, CE allowance and signing bonus for the right candidate.
