Here at Lakeview Animal Hospital, our team works closely to provide the very best care possible for our patients and the people who love them. We are looking for a Client Services Representative who is dedicated to providing the same intimate care that we value. This job requires working until 7pm on certain weekdays and working some Saturday mornings. We are currently conducting appointments via curbside service but eventually, patient visits will be conducted in-clinic with clients present.
Answer phone calls.
Check emails and other various hospital communication platforms and respond to client inquiries as needed.
Educate clients on patient care which includes post-surgical instructions, medication directions and doctor recommendations.
Manage patient charges and check clients out for their invoices accordingly with cash, check or card.
Help maintain patient records and update information in the practice management software, Cornerstone, as needed.
Housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, cleaning desks and tidying the clinic.
Must be 18-years-old or older.
Must be a self-starter, able to multitask and able to work as a team player.
Must have excellent communication.
Must genuinely enjoy working with animals and be able to work around them when they are stressed, ill or in pain.
Must be compassionate towards our animal patients and human clients.
Veterinary or pet-related experience is preferred, but it is not required.
Experience with the practice management software, Cornerstone, is preferred but is not required.
Must have teamwork experience be able to work well with all hospital team members.
Must be relatively flexible to scheduling changes and willing to pick-up shifts when needed.
