Job Description
Client Advocate: The Client Advocates’ responsibilities include client relations, management visitor inquiries, checking patients in and out setting and confirming appointments, laboratory result management, faxing, emailing, data input, and patient record management. Client Advocates are also responsible for telephone system management, pet portals/client request management via the hospital website, product retail, preparing treatment plans and invoices, accepting payment for treatment and product, cashiering, credit card and Care Credit processing, as well as the up-keep of the exterior entry and front reception area.
