Barclay Hills Animal Clinic is looking for a new Client Service Representative to join our reception team! We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a fast paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys working as part of a close knit team!

Essential Job Duties:

– Answering multi-line phones, emails and direct messages professionally and with excellent customer service

– Scheduling appointments and juggling a busy schedule, checking clients & patients in and out of the hospital

– processing payments and fbilling

-Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing

The ideal Candidate:

– Has a friendly and professional demeanor and ability to maintain grace under pressure

– Loves working with people and pets

– Takes direction well and works collaboratively as part of a team

– Has experience in a fast paced customer service environment
