Veterinary Jobs and Education

Our main asset is our wonderful friendly and experienced staff, with five associate veterinary surgeons, seven veterinary nurses, two animal nursing assistants and four receptionists working with us.

We pride ourselves on the quality and range of equipment that we have built up since opening our first practice in 1997. All but one of our veterinary surgeries have full operating and hospitalisation facilities (The Bourne is for consulting only, but within a mile of Shortheath, which has state of the art digital X-rays and sevoflow gas anaesthesia).

Godalming and Beacon Hill also have X-ray capability and, as at Shortheath, in-house blood testing laboratories which allow us to have accurate results for many blood tests within an hour.

Our nurses run a variety of clinics to encourage the mental and physical health of our patients, including puppy parties (for socialisation and to help puppies feel enthusiastic about going to the vet), weight loss clinics and geriatric clinics.
