An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full or part time Veterinary Surgeon at Clockhouse Veterinary Hospital in the beautiful Cotswolds, close to Cheltenham, Bristol and Bath. Clockhouse is a very friendly, high standard first opinion team that bridges the gap between standard first opinion practice and referral institutions by fully working up medical cases and carrying out advanced surgical procedures e.g. TTA, perineal urethrostomy and laparascopic procedures.
We are looking for the successful candidate to start in June/July 2019 as one our vets are moving on to further study. We are looking for an enthusiastic, new or recently graduated, Veterinary Surgeon to work in a friendly, relaxed and supportive 10 vet team as part of a hospital status practice. Vets work a 1 in 6 weekend rota. On call will initially be supported by experienced members of the team. No sole charge work. The team includes certificate holders and those currently working towards certificates.

The hospital is well equipped with laparoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, radiography, echocardiography and wet biochemistry lab with lab technician and we will encourage your development in whichever area you are interested in.
Weekly veterinary team meetings to discuss cases and further understanding including presentations by a referral clinician. We are supported by a local referral hospital nearby where CT and advice is readily available.
