Description

The Veterinary Centre was established in 1945 and has been tirelessly caring for the pets of Glasgow ever since.

Our Clinical Director, Leslie Snadden graduated from the University of Glasgow Veterinary School and has been practicing as a veterinary surgeon for over 30 years.

After joining The Veterinary Centre in the early 1980’s, Mr Snadden has worked to build The Veterinary Centre into the reputable practice that it is today. Today he works alongside 3 other Veterinary Surgeons and 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses.

We primarily treat cats and dogs and small furries such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and rats. A few of our vets have also on occasion seen birds. We offer a wide range of services and in-house procedures. It is practice policy that every one of our registered pets is to be treated as if they were our own.

The Veterinary Centre is proud to be approved and accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme, an honour that we are driven to maintain.

The Veterinary Centre is also recognised by the RCVS as a training practice for students in veterinary science and veterinary nursing.
