About Us

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Equine Clinician/Surgeon on the Norfolk-Suffolk border. We have an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly team of equine vets and nurses. Our well-equipped clinic includes facilities for digital radiography, endoscopy, ultrasonography, shockwave therapy, electric dental kits, and stabling for 8 horses (including heated mare and foal accommodation and turn out paddocks. We also offer Norfolk’s only equine gamma scintigraphy camera.

Our clinic provides an extensive range of diagnostic, reproductive, medical and surgical therapeutic services to a broad population of equestrian owners throughout the surrounding area. Our purpose built equine clinic is part of a large 5 site group covering small and large animals.

The Role

A prospective candidate would be encouraged to increase our clinic’s orthopaedic and surgical caseload and be professionally motivated to help lead our practice into the future. Salary commensurate with experience, along with company vehicle, generous holiday and CPD allowance plus access to staff benefits scheme. Generous OOH rota with time off in lieu.

Applicant Requirements

An experienced clinician is required with confidence to work alone. Interest in orthopaedics is desirable. Orthopaedic work ups, reproductive work, surgical case load, ideally suited to an orthopaedic surgeon.
