The Licensed Veterinary Technician has many important responsibilities and plays many roles within the hospital. They apply their professional skills in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, laboratory testing, patient nursing, client education and more.

He or she should enjoy working with diverse people and animals and must share a firm belief in the quality of care we provide and communicate this sense of assurance to clients.

• Must have the physical strength and ability to lift and carry a pet or other object weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Works well in team and fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to procedures and protocols.
• Basic computer literacy
