The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to work across three of our practices at Bedworth Heath Road, Hinckley Burbage and Hinckley Station Road.

Our mobile role provides wonderful flexibility and will give you the opportunity to be involved in interesting caseloads and work with different teams. You will work a mix of sole charge and in multi-vet practices alongside other experienced vets. These branches see a wide and varied caseload, ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon keen to expand their experience and skill set.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience who is confident working sole charge. We would like someone with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, who is able work to a high standard both medically and surgically and most importantly will fit well into our team. Career progression is actively promoted and partnership opportunities are available should you be interested.

You will experience a varied caseload at each of our three lovely practices which are fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, multiparameter, orthopaedic equipment and much more.

The role is working 4 days per week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends. dependent on experience.

Hinckley is a market town in southwest Leicestershire, the large town is situated midpoint between the cities of Leicester and Coventry. Our Medivet Hinckley Station Road practice is conveniently located closely to Hinckley Town Centre where you can find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.
