We are currently looking for a full time Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic team. The role will consist of 4 days a week, a share of weekends with no OOH and will include an equal share of both consultations and surgery and any particular interests are actively encouraged and supported. Full time or part time considered as flexibility is key. Sensible pace of work with the opportunity to maintain a good work life balance. Varied caseload and amenable clients with high levels of insured pets.
Sundean has three sites – Lydney, Cinderford and Hartpury. The Hartpury branch is a spacious, modern purpose built site in a beautiful village location, in the glorious countryside. However, we do have the best of both worlds, as we are just 5 miles away from the City of Gloucester, which provides you with useful motorway access and rail links. Sundean are a wonderfully supportive team, made up of 6 vets across the branches, 5 RVN's, and great reception team. A quality service needs quality staff. Our practice deals with dogs, cats, exotics and wildlife. Our vets each have different specialist interests and skills, offering a breadth of expertise and knowledge. We place a great deal of emphasis on training and education here at Sundean, with all staff attending regular courses, tutorials and conferences.

You will relate to our core principles of quality, integrity, responsibility and growth, fitting seamlessly alongside our friendly practice teams as you work with team to provide a quality experience for pet owner and pets alike. You must have strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, passion to deliver great clinical quality and fantastic client service and a desire to care for pets as if they were your own.
