The Role

We are looking for a part time, Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with a caring disposition and lots of enthusiasm to join our friendly and supportive team. We have 2 branches where Veterinary Surgeons move between, just 7 miles apart, on a fixed rota. Working hours are an average of 26.8 hour working week, consisting of 3 days 9am until 6.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am until 1pm. No OOH at Adams Vets as this is undertaken by our OOH provider, VetsNow Huyton for evenings, weekends and bank holidays! Plenty of opportunity to work up medical and surgical cases at each branch building positive client bonds and gaining job satisfaction.

Applicant Requirements

You must be RCVS Registered with experience within a Small Animal Practice. The successful candidate must also have the confidence to perform surgery unsupervised and have the ability to work up their own medical cases using the resources available to them such as Idexx, Internal Lab and diagnostic equipment.
