Veterinary Surgeon

Job Description

The Role

We have two positions available, ideally suited to experienced Veterinary Surgeons, but confident new graduates would also be considered. We have one role available at our central hospital due to continued expansion and a second position at one of our branch surgeries to replace one of vets who is moving to new pastures. The hospital-based role would especially suit someone with a strong interest in soft tissue surgery, but candidates with other areas of special interest are also very much encouraged to apply. Our vets generally work an average of 4.5 days per week, plus minimal weekend work. Our out of hours work is covered by a dedicated team of night vets and nurses such that our day vets are expected to do little or no night work.

We prioritise ensuring that our staff have a very good work life balance such that they can enjoy the countryside and beaches in this beautiful area. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic applicants who value being part of a strong and supportive team and in return we are willing to offer an excellent package to the right candidates.
