VetMED is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a strong 3-surgeon team at our established Specialty and Emergency hospital in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona. Supported by specialists in Internal Medicine, Radiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Neurology as well as an experienced ER team led by a Residency Trained Criticalist, we offer a distinctive environment for cutting-edge surgery, a solid caseload, and a great work/life balance.

Our five brand new, expansive surgical suites are fully equipped for soft tissue surgery, minimally invasive surgery, advanced orthopedics, and neurosurgery with fluoroscopy, CT/MRI, Storz towers, Synthes implants, Arthrex equipment, Biomedtrix THR, PRP and Shockwave therapy. Our strong team of surgery technicians are dedicated to the very best patient care, and access to a board-certified anesthesiologist allows for additional support when needed. We support a strong relationship with local physical therapists and oncologists for post-surgical care.

VetMED offers a positive, collaborative work environment in one of the most desirable locations in the US. Our combined 26,000 sq.ft medical campus receives a high-volume caseload from a strong RDVM base and referrals from other ER/specialty hospitals. Our doctors receive generous PTO and CE allowances and support to practice efficient, high-quality medicine and surgery.
