The Role

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team here at Rosewood Vets. We are looking for someone who is clinically and surgically confident to work alongside our outstanding team in a lovely practice. This role would be suitable for someone wishing to advance their career who is either studying towards a certificate or would like to do so and increase their skillset. We are a large company, so there are potential internal progression opportunities. We are a 100% small animal practice with a varied caseload. You will have clinical freedom to fully work up and manage your cases and will be actively encouraged to develop your skills and bring new ideas to the practice.

Rosewood vets is based in Coseley, West Midlands. We are a purpose-built practice with a spacious, light and airy working environment. You will have the support and knowledge from experienced colleagues within our group in such fields as Surgery, Small Animal Medicine, Exotics, Imagery, Ophthalmology and a visiting cardiologist.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon, who is as comfortable in theatre as in the consulting room and capable of delivering high quality and personable veterinary care. The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally gained in a similar small animal practice setting. You will have excellent communication, organisational and motivational skills, be confident, enthusiastic and forward thinking with a naturally calm, caring disposition.
