The Role

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team full time. The role involves all aspects of GP veterinary duties, 5 days per week 9:00-2:00 & 4:00-7:00pm with no weekends, OOH or on call. We provide general GP vet service, have our own internal transfer clinics for surgeries such as orthopaedics and also our own out of hours clinic this now opens in the day so pets can have 24/7/365 care.

We are a service provider for a niche market of clients in Birmingham and the West Midlands. As well as pets we believe in looking after people too — clients AND our teams. Learning and self-improvement are a huge part of what we’re about. Experience and work load reflected in salary. Teams headed by nursing Branch Managers allowing you to concentrate on being a Vet. We are a small but busy, efficiently run clinic with support from 12 other branches.

Applicant Requirements

This job would suit anyone from 1 years to 20 years qualified. The successful candidate will be a team player, enthusiastic and provide a high quality of care to pets and clients. You will make animal welfare your first consideration and be able to perform imaging tests, laboratory tests and surgery, prescribe medicines and diagnose illness.
