The Role

We are currently seeking a warm, welcoming and organised Client Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Medivet Sidcup Station Road This is a Full time role. The role will best suit an assertive team player who understands the importance of exceptional customer care who takes pride in all that they do. Excellent communication, flexibility and ability to multi-task is essential. Previous veterinary reception experience is desirable, although full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities; •Welcoming all clients and patients into the practice •Dealing with a busy switchboard and arranging call backs •Scheduling appointments and entering lab results into the clients files •Taking payments •Ensure the consult rooms are fully stocked •Administration duties and cleaning of the reception area
