We are currently looking for a new member to join our amazing Reception Customer Care team at Trinity Vet Centre in Maidstone, Kent. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 weekend in 3 (days off in lieu the following week for weekend shifts) This role involves but is not limited to
About Us
We are one of the most well-known exotics practices in the South East and our patients are extremely varied. One day you could be dealing with the owner of an axolotl or an African grey, the next could be the owner of a sugar glider or snake. We also get our fair share of puppy and kitten cuddles! Our friendly and supportive team is made up of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 4 Animal Nursing Assistants who are all eager to meet the new addition to the team!
Applicant Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have GCSE’s in English and Math'sgrade A-C or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years customer care experience within a veterinary setting, hardworking, able to use own initiative, well organised with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, computer literate, able to multitask and manage payments with confidence. If you tick all of those boxes and you are a friendly team player with a passion to deliver excellent standards of customer service to our clients and their amazing pets of all varieties, then we want to hear from you!
