Job Description

Greenfields Veterinary Hospital is located in Mandurah, Western Australia, 70km south of Perth. Mandurah is a beautiful area known for its estuaries, wild birds, dolphins and a stunning coastline.  Originally known as Mandjoogoordap, Mandurah means ‘meeting place of the heart’, which we feel is very fitting!

Greenfields Veterinary Hospital has been an integral part of the Mandurah community since its establishment in 2002.  Highly integrated in our community, it is very important to us that our clients know that they can rely on us for expert advice and treatment options. Our mission is to provide an excellent surgical and medical service to our patients along with outstanding customer service to their human companions.

Our Hospital

Our hospital is equipped with an extensive array of equipment to help us efficiently diagnose and treat all medical and surgical cases and deliver the best in veterinary care for pets. Our equipment includes an in-house Idexx diagnostic laboratory, Ultrasound, RxWorks, advanced anesthetic monitoring, heated surgery tables and bear hugger and an extensive in-hospital pharmacy. We house four consult rooms, two surgical theatres, a separate dog and cat ward, an isolation ward, wet table and Puppy Preschool classes.
We are a multi-Vet clinic, ensuring our clients can access appointments without delay and our team members can work collaboratively.  Our team consists of four full time Veterinarians and a team of 8 qualified nurses and support staff, along with Ned (Canine Cuddle Committee).
Our team provides general health checks, vaccinations, sterilisations, dental procedures, routine and complex surgeries, with the utilisation of visiting consultants (Orthopaedic, Ophthalmology, Ultrasound). The hospital is open 7 days (excluding public holidays).
We proudly hold a very strong emphasis on Low Stress Handling techniques for our patients.
