The Role

Joining our professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

You’ll be already enrolled in college and practicing as a Student Veterinary Nurse, Year 2 or Year 3, with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a keen interest in developing their veterinary career and becoming a qualified veterinary nurse. You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and happy to get stuck in where ever needed.

Skills and Experience

• You must be a Student Veterinary Nurse – Year 2 or 3, registered with the RCVS
• Able to travel to Bushey to the clinics sister branch, or to the 24-hr hospital in Watford if required

The Branch

North Harrow is a progressive minded two Vet practice, led by the Branch Partner. You will be joining a fantastic nursing team made up of Head Nurse, RVN and Patient Care Assistant.

The practice undertake all of their complex medical cases and soft tissue surgeries on site as they are a host practice to VetsNow, and can therefore hospitalise all their patients over the night without having to transport them to Watford Hospital. It is also close to both Watford and Hendon 24hr surgeries for access to the MRI and CT suite.

Hours are 43 hours per week with 1:3 weekends with TOIL. This role offers a salary of up to £19,688, dependent on minimum wage bracket.
