The Role

We are looking for a full time Student Veterinary Nurse or newly qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our amazing team. This role would be based at our impressive Woking branch. Our 5 Veterinary Surgeons are supported by a great team of 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse2 and experienced Receptionists across the Group. General nursing to include theatre practice; surgical and medical nursing; anaesthesia; diagnostic imaging; ward duties; laboratory work; some kennel and reception duties. The role is on a 5-day rota with no out of hours. Weekends are on a 1:4 rota – Saturday 8am-4pm & Sunday 9am-11am (with time back in lieu)

About Us

We are a long established, Small Animal Veterinary Group based in Woking, Bagshot and Addlestone. As a growing practice we recently relocated to our brand new, purpose-built hospital, and continue to invest to refurbish and equip our other 2 practices to the same high standard. We are a Veterinary Nurse Training Practice and have an excellent opportunity to develop your hands on nursing skills, with access to modern facilities.

Applicant Requirements

This role would ideally suit a 2nd year Student Veterinary Nurse with some experience or someone who has recently qualified. Our ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive work ethic with the ability to work well within a hard-working team!
