A new position has become available for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with advanced skills in Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue Surgery to join our close-knit team. We can offer Full-Time or Part-Time hours to the right candidate.

What you can offer us:

• BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in QLD, Australia
• An experienced and confident veterinarian with at least 5 years’ practical experience including advanced orthopaedic skills, specifically fracture plating and tibial plateau levelling procedures
• An interest in mentoring other veterinarians in surgery
• Ability to manage daily surgical caseload and work autonomously
• A commitment to provide exceptional patient care
• Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills

This position offers a negotiable base salary range of $100,000 – $130,000 (pro rata for part-time), dependant on the suitable applicant’s skills and experience. Whilst NVC seeks to source applicants who meet the above criteria and skill set, alternative applicant’s may still be considered. In these cases, the base salary is subject to change to suit.
