The Role

We are currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our nursing team in Parsons Green in London. We could also consider a confident 3rd year SVN who is soon to qualify.

Joining our professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

In this diverse and dynamic role, you’ll be an RCVS Registered Nurse with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed. You also understand not only your role but also the capabilities of PCA’s and student nurses, and are eager to help colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.

This role offers a RVN salary of £22,288 – £23,349 per annum depending on experience plus £2000 London weighting. We offer a generous £300 CPD allowance plus 2-days CPD leave, RCVS and BVNA membership.

Hours are 40 per week with 1:6 weekends with time back in lieu and a fair share of bank holiday and on call rota.

The Branch

Our team at Medivet Parsons Green is made up of fantastic team made up of 2.5 vets, 2 nurses and client care assistant.

We have a spacious reception area, large consultation rooms and a fully-equipped surgical suite. There is a separate waiting area for cats and dogs, along with separate consult rooms. The branch has a range of equipment including doppler, ECG machine, dental x-ray, ultrasound and a state of the art x-ray machine.

Medivet Parsons Green is situated a 5 minute walk from Parsons Green tube station, there are also several nearby bus routes.
