The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Registered Veterinary Nurse who will work well as part of our established team. As the position is adding to our team there is flexibility with hours with full or part time possible as long as able to be part of our on call rota of 1:5 weekends and one night a week (no responsibility for inpatient care). We pride ourselves on offering our own out of hours service to our own clients for case continuity. Salary starting from £20,800.

About Us

We are a busy small animal, first opinion practice located in Airdrie in Scotland’s Central Belt, 12 miles from Glasgow and 35 miles from Edinburgh. We see a varied and interesting caseload with most cases investigated and treated in house but excellent referral centres within easy distance. Well-equipped practice with digital x-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab. We are a Nurse Training Practice and PSS accredited at general practice level. We are a team of 5 Vets and 4 Nurses.

Applicant Requirements

An experienced nurse would be preferred; however, a recently qualified keen and enthusiastic applicant will be considered. We are a Nurse Training Practice and PSS accredited at general practice level.
