About Us

At Glenburn we pride ourselves on our friendly, welcoming team who are committed to patient and client care. Working between our well-equipped branches will ensure you see a varied caseload and allow use of all our facilities which includes an In House lab, large prep rooms, separate theatres, ultrasound scanners, digital x-ray and endoscopy.

The Role

This is a full time role predominantly based in our Glengormley branch but with occasional weekday work and weekends in our Crumlin surgery. We offer an extremely attractive rota working 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 weekends (9 to 6pm Sat and 9 to 1pm Sun with time off in lieu the following week) with no OOH duties. You will be employed alongside 3 other RVNS, 1 SVN, 8 receptionists and 7 vets.

Applicant Requirements

Suitable candidates should be enthusiastic and confident working with a wide range of cases. An interest in providing nurse clinics to clients and development of puppy parties would be of benefit.

Salary will include travel expenses between practices and is based on qualifications and level of experience. 25 days holiday p.a (plus a day off for your birthday), you will be required to work 2 public holidays in the year (9-6pm in our Crumlin surgery) but will receive this as TOIL.
