The Role

We are a single site, first opinion, small animal practice who require a Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent client care skills to join the team in June 2021. This is a full-time role working 5 days a week with a rota between 08:00-18:30, and a share of Saturday mornings (08:00-12:30). No out of hours. We have modern spacious consulting and operating facilities with an inhouse lab and digital x ray including a dental DR.

About Us

The Vets Place is a friendly, supportive practice based in a great location – easily accessible with the town and countryside both close by. We offer a modern, spacious, well-equipped practice with ultrasound, ECG, digital radiography, dental radiography, Idexx inhouse lab and KLaser. We are a previous Petplan practice of the year winners and have a great team of experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses ready to welcome a new addition. We also have a super team of 6 Veterinary Surgeons (full time and part time) including 2 certificate holders. Our close team work extremely well together and offer each other constant support. We all enjoy cake and a belly laugh, so a sense of humour is a must!

Applicant Requirements

Our ideal candidate must be registered with the RCVS. You must also enjoy working within a team and showing care and support within that team.
