The Role
We have a rare opportunity for a part time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our family here at the Summerhill Veterinary Group at our Doctor Doolittle's branch, Penarth, in beautiful South Wales. You would be the main nurse on-site, allowing us to increase our current number of surgery days from 1 to 2, as we have a high demand for availability. We are looking for someone 2 days a week, with hours being quite flexible but would need you to be available to monitor anaesthetics on both working these days.
About Us
This is a lovely branch with a bonded client base, just a short walk from Penarth’s sea front. We are a growing practice, and require another staff member to further our development. We are a close-knit team of 1 vet (certificate holder in feline medicine) and 1 receptionist. We have a good working relationship with our sister practice in Cardiff, and we have a total of 10 branches across the Summerhill group.
Applicant Requirements
The successful applicant will be experienced and confident with all aspects of first opinion veterinary nursing. You will really have the opportunity to make this role your own, and we would be keen to encourage the development of nursing clinics in any areas that you are interested in.
