The Role

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our ever-growing busy Practice in Bourne.

We can offer either full (40) or part time (30) hours, working 10 hour shifts with a 1:5 share of Saturdays and no OOH. Additional pay is given for Saturdays worked. There is also scope for part time hours to be supplemented with holiday cover, which is paid on top.

Although based in Bourne there may be holiday cover required at our Spalding branch. The successful candidate must be able to adapt and work well as part of a team. You will need a good knowledge of Theatre based work, as well as nurse consultations and excellent client communication skills.

About Us

We are a relatively small but busy first opinion practice, with a wide range of experience within the team. Our nurses must be able to multitask and meet the challenges of the day. One day could be theatre, the next could be nurse consults. We are based in Lincolnshire and have a lovely loyal established client base. We have a fully equipped operating theatre, digital x-rays, ultrasound machines and Idexx in house blood analysis machines.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse who has confidence in their abilities. You will be working alongside a Head Nurse, 3 RVN's, experienced Vets and friendly Reception/support staff. We are looking for someone with good communication skills and a genuine passion for their job as this shines through.
