The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our amazing team. As Practice Manager, you will have responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the practice. We are seeking a professional manager with a good working knowledge of HR, finance and H&S. The Practice Manager will lead and motivate the team, ensuring our high practice standards are maintained, and the continued smooth running of the practice, whilst championing client relations.

About Us

Wood Street Veterinary Hospital is one of the longest established practices in the South East, and only a handful of approved Veterinary Hospitals in the London area. We have four branches in the Radlett, Mill Hill, Cockfosters and Enfield. We have a fantastic team which consists of experienced Vet Surgeons, enthusiastic New Graduate Vets, wonderful RVNs and a fantastic support team. We are a close knit team who all believe in supporting each other, and together, delivering gold standard care to our patients and clients.

Applicant Requirements

Previous experience of veterinary practice management is preferable, but demonstration of strong leadership and communication skills are a priority. Knowledge of HR legislation, payroll, experience in marketing/practice promotion and computer literacy are also beneficial. A successful candidate would be progressive, organised, and forward thinking individual, with a desire to always keep driving the practice forwards.
