Payroll Support Technician

Job Description

2 Payroll Support Technicians required on 12 month fixed term contracts in Keynsham, Bristol.

The Role

We’re looking for two Payroll Support Technicians to work as part of our small Central Support Payroll team. Working with our outsourced payroll provider, you will support the delivery of monthly payrolls of around 13,000 employees within IVC Evidensia (UK & Ireland). Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will ensure that payroll deadlines are met, delivering a payroll service effectively and efficiently.

You will support surgeries with payroll queries and guidance; IR35 payroll processing; administration of our PMI scheme; and deal with HMRC queries. You will also support the payroll build process for all new acquisitions, gathering information, completing the initial build, and reconciling payroll data. You will process monthly payroll journals, minimise review points of balance sheets; manage Childcare Vouchers & C2W scheme and raise paperwork for payments relating to payroll, PAYE (P32), AOE & all 3rd party payments.
