Night Registered Veterinary Nurse

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team of nurses in our 24 hour Hospital. You will be required to complete all routine nursing jobs, mainly focusing on inpatient care and emergency treatment overnight. All training will be provided. The role consists of 7 nights on, 8pm-8am, followed by 7 days off. We offer generous CPD and are enthusiastic about always providing the best care for our patients. You will be joined on nights with one Vet and one Veterinary Care Assistant, who together work throughout the night providing support for one and other.

We pride ourselves in gold standard care, have a range of certificate holders and we are an ISFM gold standard practice. We have dedicated night, insurance, lab and client care team, which allows our nursing team to focus on our patients. Applicant Requirements

The ideal candidate will have some post qualification experience. Night experience preferable but not essential, as well as having experience with emergencies and gold standard inpatient care. We have a large range of equipment so experience with multi-parameters, Blood Pressure Dopplers, ECG fluid therapy etc. All training provided on day shifts before night work commences.
