As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team.

Skills and Experience
As a Mobile Veterinary Surgeon you will play a crucial part within the Medivet family.
You will spend 60% of your time based in our Watford 24 hour hospital which is fully equipped with lab equipment, ultrasound, endoscopy, radiography and CT. The Watford team consists of numerous certificate holders in Medicine, Surgery and Imaging. Working in the hospital will allow you to develop your veterinary skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining experience from skilled colleagues and sharing knowledge to deliver outstanding service and care for our clients and patients.
The remainder of your time will be spent within a “working group” supporting 2-4 branches local to the Watford Hospital.
You must also have flexibility to occasionally cover the following local clinics, depending on the needs of the region; Wexham, Denham, Croxley Green, Stanmore, Carpenders Park, Pinner, Ickenham, Langley, North Harrow and Bushey Heath.
