Brady Veterinary Hospital, in Montesano, WA, is seeking a Medical Director: $120-$200K Salary.

Brady Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing, personable individual with a down-to-earth approach to lead our team as a full-time Medical Director. Brady is an AAHA hospital and strives to practice using fear free methods.

Our hospital is in beautiful western Washington just an easy drive from Olympia and an hour from Washington’s most beautiful beaches. Our clinic is an integral part of a quaint, rural community of dedicated clients and pet owners. Brady was voted “Best veterinary of the Twin Harbors” for 2019 by the community. This is a repeat award for us.

Brady Veterinary Hospital is an established progressive practice with a presence of over thirty years in the community. We operate with an enjoyable family-like atmosphere at a fast pace with goals of growth and service to our clients.

We currently have 3 practicing doctors and dedicated full-time support staff. We are fully equipped with state of the art IDEXX in house laboratory equipment, therapeutic laser, digital dental radiography and digital radiography. We offer comprehensive services including dentistry, general medicine, preventative care, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic and Chinese/herbal medicine. Our office features completely computerized medical records.

About the Medical Director Position:

The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine is delivered.

In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets, and meeting budget expectations. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for directing staff and the overall management of the practice, under the direction of NVA Divisional Leadership.
