Management Accountant – Mainland Europe Integration

This role will be based in the Shared Service Centre in Keynsham. Currently working from home, but with a view to moving back to the office once current COVID19 restrictions allow.

Main Purpose of Role:
This Management Accountant role sits within the Mainland Europe Integration team, the focus of the team is embedding the new acquisitions to align with the accounting policies and processes of the IVC Evidensia Management Accounts team until successfully integrated, at which point the accounting for the clinics is handed over to the relevant BAU Management Accounts team. Working initially on Belgium acquisitions the role itself requires a flexible approach as it’s likely that the post holder will either need to work acquisitions for other countries, depending on pipeline, or alternatively move across to the BAU team with the clinics once BAU ready.
This role, and the acquisitions team generally are fundamental to the company’s group strategy of Acquire, Build and Create.
The post-holder will be accountable for the timely and accurate production of new acquisition P&L’s and Balance Sheets, and the ultimate handover or transfer of the clean ledgers to the BAU Management Accounting team.

Initially the post will be remote based. Our long-term vision is that once things get back to (the new) normal, we will embrace a hybrid way of working. Therefore once circumstances allow, this role will be a weekly blend of working at our Central Support Office in Keynsham and remote working.
