The hospital is fully equipped with MRI, CT, digital radiography, multiple ultrasounds, fluoroscopy, flexible and rigid endoscopy, in-house reference lab and oxygen generators.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great communication skills and a willingness to contribute to the continued success of the hospital. For the right individual, we are offering a very competitive salary with bonus incentives, a supportive work environment, retirement plan, and a variety of other benefits.

Our philosophy is to provide excellent patient care through compassion, communication and technology. Patient care is supported by a team approach, continued dedication to learning and willingness to stand behind our work. All of our doctors participate in morbidity and mortality rounds, journal club, doctor’s meetings and staff meetings. Our staff also participates in monthly continuing education programs. Intra-hospital communication is facilitated at all of these functions and during morning and evening patient rounds. We also strive to provide referring veterinarians and clients with excellent communication through our referral process, doctor updates, client visits and discharge appointments.

Florida ‘s Emerald Coast is world-renowned for the beauty of its white-sand beaches, fishing, boating, sailing and extremely pleasant climate. Pensacola has a thriving downtown steeped in history and rich in culture that offers a variety of entertainment, restaurants, and a full complement of sporting events. Factor in the low cost of living, the absence of state income tax, the excellent work environment, and the competitive compensation that VERC has to offer, Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast affords a rich and fulfilling lifestyle that is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity!
