The Role
Joining our professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.
As well as your day to day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice optimising the client and patient experience, promoting safety while training, developing and leading the entire nursing team.
You’ll also be proactive in maintaining your own professional and clinical skills, carry out accurate and timely reporting and explore ways that we can further develop our standards.
As a RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, you’ll already have good knowledge of how a dynamic, practice runs efficiently and effectively. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you’ll also take the initiative in patient welfare and have caring, thoughtful communication skills. Just as important are the leadership skills essential to enabling your team to work as one and look ahead to see how they can be even better.
Salary and hours
This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience. £300 CPD allowance plus 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available, on-going training is provided as relevant to your role, RCVS and BVNA membership, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays and exclusive company discounts and rewards.

Hours are 40 per week with 1 in 6 weekend shifts, to be worked at our Hendon 24 Hour hospital, as well as a fair share of bank holiday and on call duties.
The Branch
Hampstead is a well established and thriving branch led by Branch Partners, Sarah and Jeremy.
We are seeking a confident HRVN with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. The nursing team will be led by our successful candidate completing our nursing team of four, as well as dedicated reception/admin colleagues.
With a high volume of bonded clients, they have a very busy caseload.
Facilities include separate dog and cat wards, theatre, digital x-ray, dental machine and front of house pet boutique. It also benefits from 24 hour support and OOH care from our award winning Hendon 24-Hour hospital with access to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Endoscopic and Laparoscopic facilities, plus much more!
