The working pattern is a rolling 5 week rota over 5 days with a share of Saturdays (half day), which you would receive time back for. No out of hours. No Bank Holiday working.
You will support and manage both the nursing and front of house team, working closely with the Clinic Director to ensure successful management of the Practice. This is a 100% small animal Practice where nurses are fully utilised and additional Schedule 3 procedures are actively encouraged and supported. There is minimal sole charge for the Head Nurse as you are supported by a Site Operations Support Manager and a Central Support Team.
The team consists of 4 RVNs (from new grad up to 10 years qualified) and 1 3rd year student. 4 client care co-ordinators and 3.5 vets. The team and the Practice have huge potential for growth and development with the right person assisting the Clinic Director in driving the team forward.
