The Role

We are currently looking for a Clinical Director to join our friendly team at Petcare Vets in Salisbury, Wiltshire or Ringwood, Hampshire. This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week over 4 or 5 days with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. There is no Sunday work, out of hours or on call required with this role. Our weekdays include a good balance of consulting and operating, and we have experienced Veterinary Nurses who assist with all consults to help hold pets during examinations and help with pricing and treatment.

About Us

Our practice is part of a group of 3 sites in Salisbury, Downton, and Ringwood. We pride ourselves on our excellent client care and putting the patient at the heart of everything we do. This role will be based at our Salisbury branch where we have all the usual equipment, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, full blood machines and separate cat ward. Our friendly, supportive, and relaxed team consists of 5 Veterinary Surgeons: one with a certificate in internal medicine and one who is almost finished a certificate in surgery, plus an amazing support team. We encourage clinical freedom and case continuity and can provide help and support from our experienced team, whilst developing skills in the practice.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a Clinical Director who can help and support our hard-working team. They will assist the practice manager in the day to day running of the practice and will be responsible to promote a very high standard of clinical patient and client care.
