Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects related to customer service, which includes : scheduling and in taking appointments, answer phones, checking out clients, multi-tasking, etc . We are searching for someone who is capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic learners who can adapt to ever-changing situations. If you are interested in working in an environment where your education and talents are greatly valued, and you have excellent teachers dedicated to the development of your skills as a professional customer service representative, then this is the place for you.

Other requirements include:

  • Flexible availability: About 34-38 hours per week give or take. Must be able to work some Saturdays, and a latter shift at least once a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ years (Preferred)
  • Office Experience and phone skills: 1+ year (preferred)
  • Computer skills (i.e typing, word, excel, emails, scans)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
