The Valley Veterinary Hospital is a busy, 5 doctor practice located in the heart of the Western Slope of Colorado. Our team consists of veterinarians, veterinary technicians and assistants and customer service representatives. We are currently hiring a part time CSR.

CSR’s are a key point of our operation, as they are the first person our clients see & communicate with when they come to our practice or call. CSRs would be responsible for execution the following aspects of our hospital; initial contact, customer service, & hospital cleanliness.

CSR job functions would include, but are not limited to the following: Providing excellent customer service, provide compassionate care to patients, scheduling & computer work, greet & welcome clients as they arrive at our office, answer calls & promptly return voicemails, & preforming other general clerical duties.

CSR job qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
• GED or high school diploma
• Maintain petty cash
• Telephone etiquette
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Ability to work independently or accept & follow directions when given
• Ability to follow direction with &/or without supervision
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work well with other coworkers & adapt to the needs & styles of other team members
• Ability to spell, preform basic mathematics, & alphabetize
• Work with computers & other office equipment
