Countryside Animal Hospital is searching for the newest member of our Customer Service Team. This is a full time role in our busy, two doctor, veterinary practice. Responsibilities include, telephone communications and appointment scheduling. Exstensive record keeping and maintenance in a paper light system. Ability to triage cases and collect pertinent information by phone. Performing a high level of customer service to our clients!

We are currently practicing curbside medicine AND undergoing a renovation. Candidates should be comfortable navigating obstacles and helping to maintain that connection between our team, our clients, and their pets.

Our ideal candidate would have veterinary experience and some understanding of avimark software. This is a full time position including weekends and holidays. We offer complete benefits, and hospital discounts at 90 days. Salary commensurate with experience.
