AVECCC’s Client Administrator is responsible for greeting clients and walking them through the check-in process over the phone, collecting the appropriate paperwork, and beginning the patient’s electronic record. The role demands the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, show compassion, and to maintain a high level of professionalism under stressful circumstances.
